When dispensing water a loud noise is coming from the bottom of the refrigerator

A loud noise from the bottom of the Frigidaire FGHS2355PF5A refrigerator when dispensing water could be due to the condenser fan or the compressor. The condenser fan, located at the bottom, may produce noise if it is dirty or obstructed. The compressor, which cycles on and off, can also create clicking or humming sounds during operation. Cleaning the condenser fan or checking for obstructions may help reduce the noise.

The Interface Panel LED lights are not working well. Some of the numbers still have bright parts, but the rest are dimming. Can I replace a fuse or something to light them back up?
