Solution
Charge Battery
Remove and reinstall battery making sure
contacts aligned
Use only Printek supplied AC Adapters.
Recharge battery
May occur in extreme low humidity
conditions. Turn printer back on with power
button
Recharge or replace battery
No action required
Check USB connection at host
Remove and reinstall battery
Check USB connections, replace battery
Recharge battery
Clean print head
Verify paper from approved source, try new
roll
Check paper path and reinstall paper
Paper Load
Verify paper from approved source
Check and close paper door
Clean sensor
Adjust Mark sensitivity
Sensing
Verify paper from approved source
Lower the Max paper speed
Check and close paper door
Check and recharge battery
Connect printer to different USB port.
