HOW TO USE THE TABLET HOLDER HOW TO POSITION THE CONSOLE
If you plan to use your tablet when the console is in
the upright position, secure your tablet to the console
before you begin using the treadmill. Pull the tablet
holder upward, place your tablet on the console, and
then release the tablet holder. The tablet holder will
then hold your tablet in place.

HOW TO ADJUST THE UPRIGHTS
The uprights feature multiple height
settings. To adjust the height of the
uprights, press the Desk increase
and decrease buttons on the
console or on the handle controls
until the uprights have reached the
desired height.
The console can be used in either the upright position
(see drawing 1) or the desk position (see drawing 2).
To raise the console to the upright position, place one
hand on a handrail. Then, press upward on the front of
the console with your other hand. To lower the console
to the desk position, first make sure that your tablet
is not on the console. Then, press downward on the
back of the console. Note: When the console is in the
desk position, use the controls on the handrail to oper-
ate the treadmill.
