Speed Knob
Controls the frequency of the LFO, which determines how fast the chorus effect is. The minimum
setting is 1 Hz (one LFO cycle per second) and the maximum setting is 10 Hz (ten LFO cycles per
second).
Low Speed
Mix Knob
Sets the relative levels of the "dry" input signal and the "wet" chorus signal. Fully counter-clockwise,
the output signal will be completely dry, with no wet effected signal. In the center position, the dry
and wet signals will be mixed evenly. Fully clockwise, the output signal will be completely wet, with
no dry signal.
Tone Knob
Sets the tonal balance of the output signal. Turning the Tone Knob counter-clockwise will emphasize
the low frequencies and de-emphasize the high frequencies, resulting in a more subjectively
"mellow" sound. Turning the Tone Knob clockwise will emphasize the high frequencies and de-
emphasize the low frequencies, resulting in a subjectively "brighter" sound.
Effect Switch
Selects between the three basic chorus effect types – Dual, Classic, or Quad. These effects are
described in further detail in the
LEDs
Engage / Bypass LED
The Engage / Bypass LED above the footswitch indicates if the chorus effect is active (lit green) or
bypassed (not lit).
When the user preset mode is enabled, the LED will turn red. See the
section for more information about user presets.
External Control LED
The small LED located between the Depth and Speed knobs is the External Control LED. When lit, it
indicates that external control mode (expression, hot hand, or MIDI) is active. For more information,
see the
