• Pull pump inlet out of molded tube (21 / 201)
• Remove upper pump holder (15 / 197) from pump (805 / 811).
To replace flow meter:
• Remove cable connector from flow meter (22) if not already done.
• Remove hoses and pull flow meter out of lower pump holder (14 / 196).
Assembly checkpoints
• Check condition of pump holder (15 / 197): Replace a damaged pump holder.
• Check that pump holder (15 / 197) fits correctly on pump (805 / 811).
• Press in and turn new flow meter until it is locked on lower pump holder (14 / 196).
• If the pump of a different manufacturer is used for replacement, additional parts of
the pump support etc. must be exchanged too (refer to annex of exploded drawings).
• When inserting back the complete pump assembly with flow meter, check that the
latches of the lower pump holder (14 / 196) are in place correctly (clicking sound).
