ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
9. Still from the backside of the assembly, insert
the electric insert (N) into the opening. Then, attach
back rail (Q) to shelf (G) and bottom frame (A) using
short cross bolts (BB), spring washers (EE) and flat
washers (FF). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver.

10. Adjust the preassembled levelers (O) with Allen
wrench (GG) as needed to level the mantel.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure all controls are in the "OFF" position before
plugging the appliance into a properly grounded
electrical outlet. This appliance is for use on 120 volts.
The appliance has a 3-prong grounded plug. If your
electrical outlet has only 2 slots, you will have to use
an adapter to convert from the 3-prong power cord to a
2-slot receptacle. The green grounding plug extending
from the adapter must be securely connected to a
permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet
box. The adapter should only be used if a proper 3-slot
receptacle is not available.
NOTE: Adapters are not allowed for use in Canada.
2. A 15 AMP circuit is required to operate this appliance.
If the breaker trips when the appliance is running, you
may need to move the appliance to another location or
unplug other appliances that are on the same circuit.
The fireplace control functions can be accessed in two
ways: Using the control panel, located in the upper
right-hand corner of the electric insert (N). Using the
remote control (P).
3. If you press any button (except POWER) on the
control panel or on the remote control (P), the display
screen will flip down and display all the previous
functions of the electric insert (N) within 3 seconds.
Without further operation, the display screen will
automatically flip back up after 30 seconds. After the
electric insert (N) is turned off, it will take 4 seconds for
it to resume all functions at the next turn on.
