Operating the Audio CD and MP3

Playing audio CDs or MP3 discs
CD MP3
The DVD recorder can be used to play audio CDs.
Recordings made in the MP3 format can also be
played back on CD-ROM, CD-R or CD-RW discs
(before playing MP3 recordings, read the advice on
MP3 recordings on page 36).
1. Insert the disc and close the drawer. The "Music
- Audio CD" or "Music - MP3 CD" menu appears
on the screen.

2. Use / to select a track, and press
. It begins to play. During playback, the amount
of time that has elapsed of the current track is
displayed In the left-hand window. When the
disc comes to an end, playback stops automati-
cally.

a.) To see the channel that the DVD recorder is
delivering, or the images from the AV inputs,

Playing a different TRACK

• During playback, press P- or P+ once to go to
the next track or to go back to the start of the
current track.
• Press P- - twice to go back to the previous track.
• With an audio CD, if you wish to play a certain
title you can also input the track number directly,
by pressing the number buttons (0-9).
