AM-800GE / AB-800GE 11.10. Shading Correction This function compensates for shading caused by the lens or the light source used. There are two methods of correction. Flat shading correction: The method to compensate the shading is to measure the highest luminance level in the image and use that data as the reference.

AM-800GE / AB-800GE The RAW data contains only luminance information for each color and outputs as a monochrome signal. The Bayer color interpolation can complement lacking color information on each pixel and output RGB color data as the result. Color interpolation compensates for the lack of color information by using information from adjacent pixels.
