in the port

What To Do
Insert the test strip as shown .
Install batteries with (+) facing up .
1 . Change batteries . Reset date and time,
if needed .
2 . If problem continues, contact Customer
Service .
Unplug the meter from the computer .
Try a new test strip .
Contact Customer Service .
