    Type classification and area of use The Spectra Plus Seat Riser Power Wheelchair is a Class 2 vehicle with a maximum speed of 4mph (6.4km/h) for use only on pavements, footpaths, pedestrian zones and areas free from motor traffic. It is not allowed on the highway except for the purpose of crossing.
