4.2 Maintenance task reference table [QL1]

The maintenance tasks and intervals for this product are defined in the Maintenance Schedule. The
Maintenance Schedule is a stand-alone publication.
The task numbers in this table provide reference to the maintenance tasks specified in the Maintenance
Schedule.
Task Maintenance tasks
W0501 Visually inspect engine for leaks and general condition.
W0509 Check machine room for smell of gas.
W0523 Check for abnormal running noises and vibrations.
W0527 Check engine oil level in storage tank.
W1005 Replace air filter.
W1008 Replace engine oil filter when changing engine oil, or when the
interval (years) is reached, at the latest.
W1089 Check gas lines for leaks, repair as required.
W1091 Check ignition timing, adjust as necessary.
W1341 Check emission values; adjust as necessary.
W1382 Replace coolant vent line in engine coolant circuit (8/12/16V
only).
W1616 Replace spark plugs and seal in spark plug connector.
W1688 Replace spark plug connector.
W1689 Measure valve clearance.
W1726 Check valve clearance (V4000L33F, 100 kW/cyl. only).
W1727 Check valve clearance (V4000L33F, 110 kW/cyl. only).
W1798 Replace fine filter.
W1799 Replace coarse filter (coalescence filter).
