8.33.1. Assembly of Regulator Diode
(D5803)
Step 1 : Apply grease to Heat Sink Unit C.
Step 2 : Mount the Regulator Diode (D5803) onto the SMPS
P.C.B..
Caution : Ensure all pins are seated properly.
Step 3 : Fix 1 screw to attach the Regulator Diode (D5803) to
the Heat Sink Unit C.
Step 4 : Solder the pins of the Regulator Diode (D5803) on the
reverse side of the SMPS P.C.B..
Caution : Before soldering, ensure all pins are properly seated
and no 'floating' of pins.
8.34. Disassembly of AC Inlet P.C.B.
• Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 6) of Item 8.3
Step 1 : Remove 2 screws.
Step 2 : Cut 2 Tie Wraps.
