HEATING ELEMENT (1500W - 230V)

The heating element can be used as an auxiliary DHW heating system or an antifreeze system.
The solar system electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified technician in compliance with the
local regulations in force and the applicable regulations in the building.
The system heating element must not be activated with the boiler empty! In this case the heating element
warranty is invalidated.
For the heating element electrical connection:
- Remove the cover, removing screw "C".
- For the connection of the boiler heating element to the power supply, a cable "D" 3 x 2.5 mm2 (for1.5
kW resistance) is required.
- Bring the end of cable from the cable gland to the electrical part.
- Connect the cables to the terminals of thermostat "E". Reassemble everything.
Make sure the thermostat is correctly fitted to the heating element.
The thermostat adjustment range is 10°C to 70°C.
The thermostat has a safety device which, if the temperature exceeds 105°C, requires manual resetting by
pressing the button "3".
