Assembly TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Philips/crosspoint screwdriver, adjustable spanner or metric spanner set Please lay out all nuts and bolts and check lengths before assembling. Whilst every care is taken in the manufacture of this product, care must be taken during assembly in case sharp edges are present.
  • Page 6 Stand the trolley assembly upright. Attach the Trolley Support (C12) to front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D5) as shown. Make sure that the hole provided to fix the door on trolley support bottom is located on left. Attach the Drip Tray Right Bracket (B10) onto right legs using two ST4.0x10 Screws (D2) as shown.
  • Page 7 Place the Hood (A1) and Barbecue Body (B1) assembly in position and fix it onto trolley assembly using M6x40 Bolts (D6) as shown. (Two more people are required ) Attach the Side Shelf Fascia (C11) onto Side Shelf (C10) using M6x15 Bolts (D5) and M6 Nuts (D7) as shown.
  • Page 8 Attach the side shelf assembly onto barbecue body using M4x10 Bolt (D4) and M6x15 Bolts (D5) as shown. M4x10 Bolt M6x15 Bolt Connect main burner hose of Side Burner Valve / Hose / Regulator Assembly (B5) onto barbecue body as shown.
  • Page 9 Attach the side burner shelf assembly onto barbecue body using M4x10 Bolt (D4) and M6x15 Bolts (D5) as shown. M4x10 Bolt M6x15 Bolt Unscrew the retaining screws from side burner valve. Fix side burner valve onto Side Burner Shelf Fascia (C2) using the retaining screw as shown.
  • Page 10 Unscrew the retaining screw from Side Burner (C4). Feed the venturi tube of the side burner through the hole in the side burner shelf, and slide the end of the venturi tube over the outlet of the valve. Fix side burner onto bottom of side burner shelf using the retaining screw as shown.
  • Page 11 Attach the Front Door (C13) onto trolley assembly as shown. Insert the fixed pin into hole in Trolley Base (C14). Depress the spring pin while sliding the pin into Trolley Support (C12) until it snaps in position as shown. Lay Flame Tamers (B8) and Cooking Grills (B7) as shown. Note: Place the flame tamers into barbecue body.
  • Page 12 Place the Warming Rack (A4) in position within Hood (A1) as shown. Fix the Drip Tray Handle (B11) onto Drip Tray (B12) using ST4.0x10 Screws (F) (D3) as shown, then slide the drip tray underneath the barbecue body completely. Note: Do not remove drip tray during use. Check the box and make sure you have all the parts and fittings listed.
