Find a large,clean and horizontal place to assemble your trolley barbecue.

Assembly of the Barbecue REMOVE THE BBQ PARTS FROM THE BOX before assembly NOTE : ENSURE ANY TRANSIT PROTECTION IS REMOVED STEP 1 : Fit Bottom Shelf Assembly (3) between Legs (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) using Bolts (A). Insert Axle (4) through big holes in the bottom of Short Legs (1a, 1b), attach Wheels (5) to both side using Wheel Nuts (B), then cover with Wheel Decals (6), as shown.
  • Page 5 STEP 3 : Fit Side Shelf Assembly to Legs using Bolts (A). STEP 4 : Turn Trolley Assembly and Body (9) upside down, fit Body (9) to Trolley using Bolts (A) and Heat Resistant Washers (F). Then stand your barbecue upright.
  • Page 6 STEP 5 : Attach Handle (14) and Lid Hook (15) to Lid (10) using Wing Nut (D). Place Flame Diffuser (13), Reversible Plate (12) and Cooking Grill (11) into Body (9), insert Drip Tray Assembly (16) under Body (9). Attach Hose (17) to Valve. Tighten all Bolts and Nuts fully.
  • Page 7 Leak Testing (To be performed in a well-ventilated area.): Confirm all control knobs are in the off position. Open the gas control valve on the bottle or regulator. Check for leaks by brushing a solution of 1/2 water and 1/2 soap over all gas system joints, including all valve connections, hose connections and regulator connections.

    Never cover a barbecue until it has completely cooled. WARNING: Do not use lava rock as this barbecue uses a heat diffuser plate. Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. The gas valve is not sold as a spare part, if a gas valve fail to function a new gas rail need to be replaced.

Wait 5 minutes, then try again steps 2 – 4. After the second left burner is lit, push and turn the rightmost control knob to “HIGH”, the rightmost burner will ignite automatically.
