Mini cupcake liners may be used to ease cleanup and present a more professional-
looking cupcake. Muffin liners come in all colors and patterns can be used to dress up
your cupcakes and match your party theme. When using cupcake liners, place 7 liners
on a plate. Spray all of the liners before filling.
8.
Recipes may vary in cook time and brownness; batters with more sugar will brown
quicker. Note the perfect bake times for each batter
recipe for future use.
9.
When the Mini Cupcake Maker is preheated, following
the recipe, Fill each of the cupcake molds on the
lower cooking plate 2⁄3 to almost full – use between
1 rounded teaspoon to a scant tablespoon of batter.
Runnier batters will require more batter. When using
liners, place the pre-filled, oiled cupcake liners into the
heated lower cooking plate.
NOTE: Do not overfill, batter will expand when cooked.
10. Use the handle to lower the top lid.
11. Close the Mini Cupcake Maker and allow to cook for
approximately 10-15 minutes or until done.
NOTE: Check for doneness by inserting a dry toothpick into the center of the cupcake.
If it comes out dry, the cupcake is ready.
12. If necessary, cover and continue cooking for 30 seconds at a time until cupcakes
are browned and cooked to your liking.
13. The green READY light will cycle on and off as the unit maintains baking temperatures.
14. Wearing oven mitts, wipe the outside with a clean paper towel or cleaning cloth
if necessary.
15. At the end of the cook time, use the handle to lift the top lid.
16. Wearing oven mitts, use the baking fork to remove cupcakes from the cooking plate to
the cooling rack. Use care to avoid scratching the non-stick surface.
NOTE: If additional Mini Cupcakes are to be baked, keep the Mini Cupcake Maker closed
to retain heat. Always wait until the green READY light turns on before baking
more Mini Cupcakes.
NOTE: Mini Cupcakes made later may bake faster because extra heat has been retained.
It may be necessary to adjust to a shorter cooking time to accommodate.
17. When baking is complete, unplug the power cord from electric outlet. Lift the top lid
to expose the cooking plate and allow unit to cool.
18. Do not clean until unit has been fully cooled.
