Using the Battery Pack as a Second Battery

The battery pack can be used as a second battery by installing into the multimedia
pocket. (An optional second battery pack adaptor (CF-VAB721) is required to use the
second battery).
Installing the Battery Pack into the Adaptor
Slide the tag while pressing the latch.

Face the connector of the battery pack in the direction shown in the
illustration, and then slide the battery pack (with the label-side up) under
the cabinet.
Label side-up
Slide the tag.
Confirm that the tag is locked with the latch, and that the mark on the
cabinet and the mark on the tag are aligned.
CAUTION
Fix the battery pack with the tag. Unless the battery pack is fixed,
there is a danger of the battery pack falling from the adaptor.

Removing the Battery Pack from the Adaptor
Slide the tag while pressing the latch.

Remove the battery pack.
