How to program

Select the correct temperature setting from the table.
Place the pan on the element.
The cooktop must be switched on.

Touch the q symbol. The ¬ indicator lights up on

Each indicator cerresponds to a temperature
level:

Suitable for
e.g. potato dishes, sautéed potatoes and rare steaks.
eg. lightly fried food such as breaded frozen fritters, scallopini, Ragú suace, veg-
etables.
e.g. lightly fried food such as hamburgers and sausages, fish.
e.g. omelettes, using butter, olive oil or margerine.

in the next 5 seconds, use the knob to select the
desired temperature level. The ¬ indicators light
up. The Frying Function has been activated.
The _ indicators blink until frying temperature is
reached. A beep will sound.

Add oil to the pan, then add the ingredients. As
usual, stir the food in the pan to prevent it from
burning.
Turning off the Frying Function
Select the element and touch the q symbol. Then
remove the pan.
