SELECTING THE SEAT HEIGHT AND SWING SPEED
Lowering and raising the
seat:
Grip the two handles at
the sides of the seat and
use your thumbs to flip the
button covers open.
Press both seat height
buttons at the same time
and lower or raise the seat
until it locks into place.
Make sure both sides of
swing are secure and level.
WARNING: Never adjust Seat
height
the seat height when your
button
child is in the swing.
Newborn Seat Position
To use the Perfect Height
Swing for newborn babies,
raise seat to highest
position. In this position,
the swing has a slow,
gentle motion. Ensure that
the seat is in the reclined
position until your child
can hold its head up
unassisted, see page 12.
When seat is used for a
newborn baby, move the
speed switch to "ON Seat
Up", see diagram.
Infant Seat Position
If your swing begins to
slow down or stops in the
newborn seat position, the
swing needs adjusting to
function correctly. Lower
the seat to Infant Seat
Position. In this position
the swing will move more
freely and is capable of
swinging faster if required.
When seat is used for an
infant, move switch to
"ON Seat Down", see
diagram.
