○The server name will be given to you in a separate document and will
go in the top spot above labeled Address. The remaining two settings
should be set as shown above.
○Under the Settings > Sip menu is the Local Settings menu, it is shown
below. Just one change needs to be made here, the Local Sip Port. It
will need to be changed to a random 5 digit number, i.e.: 42181.
