Please wait at least 30 seconds before turning on the system power that you turned
off, by pulling out the power cable or using the circuit breakers on the distribution
panel.

Workaround
Issue a reset -all command from the
OpenBoot PROM (OK) prompt and reboot.
Check for the availability of the latest
controller card firmware.
The PCI or PCI-X plug-in adapter card might
not be seated correctly. Reseat the card in slot 0
of the IOU.
