STEP 6:
Assemble the the LONG BENCH LOCK (16) to the LOWER CROSS BRACE (10) using two 1/2 X 3-1/2" BOLTS
(17), two BACKING DOME WASHERS (5), two 1/2" INT LOCK WASHERS (6), and two 1/2" LOCK NUTS (7).
