STEP 4:
SECURELY assemble the bottom of the ten WEIGHT HORNS (12) to the REAR UPRIGHTS (11) using twenty 3/8 x
4-1/2" BOLTS (13), twenty BACKING DOME WASHERS (5), forty 3/8" FLAT WASHERS (14), and twenty 3/8" LOCK
NUTS (15).
SECURELY assemble the top of the WEIGHT HORNS (12) to the REAR UPRIGHTS (11) using twenty 1/2 X 4-1/2"
BOLTS (4), twenty BACKING DOME WASHERS (5), twenty 1/2" INT TOOTH LOCK WASHERS (6), and twenty 1/2"
LOCK NUTS (7).
