License

With the purchase of this product and your consent to the licensing terms and conditions, you obtain the right to install and
use the software and database on one computer and GPS-unit, which is all found on the accompanying CD.
The simultaneous use of the databank with more than one GPS-unit is prohibited. The installation of this product onto other
GPS-units demands the completion of a second licensed agreement about the product and respectively, the effective listed
prices. Please inform yourself about this with a specialist dealer.
Registration:
We are bound by our data suppliers to protect this product from inappropriate and unauthorized duplications. For this re-
ason, "Topo Oesterreich" can only be activated after registration and by means of your individual Unit-ID of your GPS-unit. You
will find this serial number on the sticker fixed to the CD case.
The following will be requested of you for installation purposes:
- To accept the GARMIN licensing terms and conditions (Software Manufacturer)
- To accept the Puls Elektronik Ltd. licensing terms and conditions for the use of the data
The installation process can only proceed after accepting the licensing conditions. In case you do not agree with the sti-
pulations of the licensed contract, then you have the possibility to return the unused software and receive a refund of the
purchasing price from your dealer. There are a few stipulations: the software must neither have been installed nor registered
if you request a refund. The disclosed information (in the context of registration) that is intended for the purpose of the admi-
nistration of the license as well as customer service are kept by the entrusted company. The sharing of this information with
third parties who are not part of the contract does not happen.

Installation

PC Installation
E:\install.exe
•Place the "Topo Oesterreich" CD in your CD-ROM drive. The installation starts automatically. If it doesn't start automatically,
click on START- Run.
Enter: [DL]:\install.exe - in which [DL] is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive (for example: E:\INSTALL.EXE) then click on "OK".
•After a successful start of the programme, choose the language that you would like to conduct the rest of the installation in.
•Next, click on "INSTALLATION" and follow the instructions on the computer monitor.
•Be sure to know the UNIT-ID of the GARMIN GPS-unit that you want to register with this version of „Topo Oesterreich".
