Headrest adjustment
Using the clamping lever: Tighten

Step 1:
Turn the lever clockwise to tighten.
If the headrest needs further tightening continue to
step 2.

Step 3:
Turn the lever anti-clockwise

Step 2:
Pull the lever out to disengage the ratchet

Step 4:
Release the lever and return to step 1
