Step 1: Loosen the allen key nut with the allen key provided
Step 2: Adjust the angle of the pad
Step 3: Tighten the allen key nut
Why? What are the benefits?
The angle of the upper pad can be changed to encourage extension
and head control. This adjustment is only used in prone.
