OFF

ith the fuel cock in the OFF position,
-rel cannot flow from the tank to the
:arburetor. Turn the cock OFF whenever
:ne motorcycle is not in use.
ON
T'ith the fuel cock in the ON position, fuel
:rill flow from the main fuel supply to the
:arburetor.
RES
With the fuel cock in the RES position,
:uel will flow from the reserve fuel supply
:o the carburetor. Use the reserve fuel
rnly when the main supply is gone. Refill
:he tank as soon as possible after
switching to RES.
Ihe reserve fuel supply is:
3.0 0 (0.79 US sal ,0.66 tmp gat)
* To avoid running out of fuel that
may result in a sudden stop, learn
how to operate the fuel cock when
ridirlg the motorcycle.
NOTE:
* Remember to check that the fuel cock
is in the ON position each time you
refuel. If the cock is left in the RES
position, you may run out of fuel with
no reserve.
