CONSOLE OPERATION

A) DISPLAY SWITCH: Press to change the profile display, press to change "ROWING INTENSITY" to "CALORIES
PROFILE DISPLAY" and "SPM PROFILE DISPLAY".
B) ON/OFF: Press to turn console on or off.
C) UP/DOWN ARROW BUTTON: Press to adjust the selection.
D) ROW: Press to quick start.
E) RECOVERY: Press to enter the recovery, also called the cool-down, portion of the workout.
F)
BACK/PAUSE: Press to return to last selection when seting up program. Press to pause or hold to reset the computer
during exercise.
G) ENTER: Press to confirm.
H) MODE: Press to enter programs list.
* Maximum user's body weight = 130 kg / 286 lbs.
NOTE: Adjust the console and console mast for a comfortable viewing angle before workout. Remove the thin sheet of clear
plastic protecting the console overlay before use.

BRAKE SYSTEM

The OXFORD 5 air resistance system is speed-dependent on the load. The faster you pull, the more resistance you
will generate.
