Probable Reasons
1. Check USB Cable
connect to PC between
TVGo DVB-T02Q.
2. Check Device on the
Windows Device
Manager.
1. No install driver and AP.
2. LED Parts fault.
1. No scan channel.
2. No signal or no connect
antenna.
3. LNA parts fault
4. Tuner parts fault.
1. Remote controller no
battery or low battery.
2. IRM parts fault.
3. Remote controller parts
fail.

Solutions
1. Connect USB
cable.
2. Replace Parts.
(U1).
1. Install driver and
AP
2. Replace LED Parts
(LED2).
1. Scan channel.
2. Check Nation/Area
and bandwidth on
the Setting. Connect
antenna and select
correct channel.
3. First ,Replace the
LNA Part s(U3) ,If
maintain the fail
condition,execute
the next step
4.Second, ,Replace
Tuner Parts (U4)
1. Replace remote
controller battery.
2. Replace Parts
(IRM1)
3. Replace remote
controller parts.
