It
is

the

format
as the directory entry
explained in the

If
the
file
is
not
deleted ("N" response)1
it
will not be affected, nor will the
allocation table be updated.
If the
file
is
deleted
("yu
response),
then
whatever
space

allocated to

will be
marked
as
available
for
allocation
in
the
reconst~ucted
allocation
table.
If a RIB is in erT'or,
the content of the

is
usually unaccessible unless the error is corrected
by
the user.
If this cannot be done,
the file should be deleted
by
responding with a
"Y" to the above
prompt.
If the RIB can be properly
read,
or
if
the
RIB
was

cluster numbers are those that include the system

diskette

well as areas

the maximum physical sector number.
If an SDW describes a segment which
doesn't
lie
entirely
within
the boundaries of the diskette,
this message will also be
sho~n.
That
is,
the
contiguous
clusters
adJacent
to
the
starting
cluster Or an SDW must also
have
valid
cluster
numbers.
