allow the COpy process to continue, and the file on

Any
other response would cause the
COpy command to be terminated,
and the destination

be unaffected.
The "WI! option's presence will Porce the COpy
command to attempt the copy
if
the
destination
file
name
exists, with-out prompting the operator.
