CARE AND MAINTENANCE

DECK REMOVAL:

1. Remove mower deck drive belt. Move deck lift pedal into
the highest cut position and latch in place. As a safety
precaution, insert clevis pin in nearest hole at rear of foot
pedal. Belt can now be removed from mower deck pulley.
2. Release spring from front deck trailing arm (both sides).
Pull hairpin cotter to remove front clevis pin (both sides).
3. Pull hairpin cotter to remove rear clevis pin (both sides).
4. Slide deck from beneath chassis.
5. Reverse procedure to reinstall deck to chassis.
