This type of dialling is similar to searching
in a telephone directory. Enter the initial
letter of your partner to search for the
corresponding fax number in the alphabet
dialling memory. This type of dialling is
particularly useful if you know the name of
a specific partner

letter (here "B") which is stored under this
key.

desired fax partner with identical starting
letters.

Confirm with START
While documents are being read in: Job
number, current memory capacity and
corresponding page number are
displayed.
This display appears if no name is stored
under the selected letter.
