The Polar Graph & Pedal Technique The Polar View is where the Wattbike really excels as a training tool. The shapes that are shown on the screen make the invisible pedalling profile of the rider (how you are applying power to the pedals throughout each pedal turn) visible, immediately displaying every pedal turn.
