Configuring the Camera
Mask Editor Tools
To apply a mask, all editors use the same tools. These are arranged in a toolbar at the top of each
editor's tab. With the tools, you can mask the entire sensor area, a single area or several different
areas within the image.

Loads the mask settings that are currently saved on the camera and displays
them in the editor.
Saves the current mask settings to the camera.
Applies the respective mask to the entire sensor area in the editor.
Removes all masked areas from the sensor area in the editor.
Inverts the current mask settings, i.e. areas that were unmasked before will
now be masked and vice versa.
Activates the function for drawing and flood-filling areas that should be used
as a mask. Click this, and then choose the Rectangle, Freehand, or Flood Fill
buttons to define masked areas.
Activates the function for erasing drawn and flood-filled areas that are used
as masks. Click this, and then choose the Rectangle, Freehand, or Flood Fill
buttons to erase masked areas.
Draws a freehand line which can also be joined up to create a closed area. A
closed area will only become a fully masked area after it has been flood-
filled.
Draws a rectangular shape. The entire shape will only become a fully
masked area after it has been flood-filled.
Flood-fills a selected section, thereby defining it as a masked area. To do
this, click the Flood Fill button and then click inside the shape to fill it.
Undoes the last actions one by one in chronological order. All actions
performed since the last save can be undone.
Closes the mask editor.
