    USER GUIDE Turning Your Touch™ Hearing Aid On and Off Before turning off your hearing aid, wipe away any moisture with a soft cloth. To turn off your hearing aid, open the battery door slightly. You should feel a small click when the door is open far enough to turn the hearing aid off, as pictured below.
