Symptom: Starting motor runs weakly
Electric horn does not sound or sound
weakly.
Battery is low or the lead wire
connector connected with battery is
badly contacted.
Remove the starter motor lead wire and battery connecting
wire from starter relay, press starter button; when starter
relay gives a click sound, measure with an ohmmeter
resistance between battery terminal on the relay and starter
motor terminal and check if it is on state.
Disassemble starter motor and make the
following inspections：
1. Check if the carbon brush is over worn;
2. Check if carbon brush spring is broken or
weak.
3. Check if armature commutator is over worn,
burnt, or injured, or contaminated.

Turn on ignition switch; press horn button or slide
turn on signal lamp switch.
