Explanation
Anti-Copy Pattern
This function allows you to print a document as a copy-protected document.
When you try to copy a copy-protected document, "Copy" is printed several
times on the document. This function is useful to prevent unauthorized
copying. Any text string can be registered.
Note:
❏ Epson does not guarantee protection from information leakage or
any other damages caused by using this function. Hidden letters may
appear in some cases.
❏ Screen-tone may be too dark, hidden letters may not be printed on the
entire image, or hidden letters may not appear when photocopied.
This depends on the models, settings, and combinations of
photocopiers, fax machine, input devices such as digital cameras and
scanners, output devices such as printers; printer driver settings of
this product; condition of consumables, such as toner and output
paper type.
Watermark
This function allows you to print a text-based or image-based watermark on
your document.
Note:
You can register up to 10 original watermarks.
Header/Footer
This function allows you to print user name, computer name, date, time, or
collate number, at the top or bottom of each page in a document.
This function allows you to apply a password to the print job. You can print the
job by entering the password on the printer's control panel. See the
the Reserve Job function" on page
This function allows you to print a standard form or letterhead onto original
documents. See "Printing with an overlay" on page
