ESTABLISHING CORRECT LENGTH

Place detector in user's hand, with
arm extended.
Adjust tube length so searchcoil
rests on the ground, close to the
user's feet.
Twist the LOCKING COLLAR fully in the
clockwise direction until stems are
locked securely together.
