BELT PLACEMENT – CONTINUED
The Conductive Pads can be placed in many different positions, thus
allowing more specific targeting of muscle groups.
There is a belt with hook-and-loop fasteners that can be used to
effectively target individual muscle groups. Use of the correct sized belt
is the key to achieving the best possible results.
The diagrams in this booklet are provided as a starting recommendation
only. AbCommand™ iX2™ is a personalised training tool and can be
adapted to suit the individual. Its intended use is for general physical
conditioning. The diagrams shown below use letters to indicate proper
belt placement. If the contractions are not effective, move the belt
around a little until you can feel strong muscle contractions.
