Take the base and turn it over.
1 Plug the telephone cord into the socket.
2 Connect the other end of the cord to the cable Gateway.
3 Take the power adapter. Connect the power adapter cord to the
underside of the base.
4 Connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet.
