Operating the answer machine from the handset
If you have new messages on your answer machine New Message(s) and the symbol
● appears. The messages are played back beginning with the most recent.
Press Menu, select Messages/Answer Mach. and press OK.

Select Play Message and press OK.

• Press the End call key to end playback.

Delete all old messages
Press Menu, select Messages/Answer Mach. and press OK.

Select Del Old Mess and press OK.

• Confirm by pressing the softkey under Yes.
Answer machine settings
Press Menu, select Messages/Answer Mach. and press OK.

Select Settings and press OK.
•
• Select the desired function by pressing the navigation keys
- Answer Delay – Select 2, 4, 6, 8 rings or Time saver mode.
- Record Time – Set the maximum length for incoming message
- Answer Mode – Answer&Record or Answer only mode
- Remote Access – Switch remote access on or off
If you set the answer delay to Time Saver, your answer machine will answer
after 2 rings if you have new messages. If you do not have new messages it
will not answer until 6 rings. This enables you to save costs by hanging up
before you are connected.
