Contact address for repair-related consultations
If you are among the following groups of customers requiring repair services, please contact the
"Fujitsu hardware repair consultation center." Support service agreement customers should contact
their customer support center.
 Customers without a support service agreement
 Customers requiring repairs within the warranty period, in accordance with the warranty
agreement
 Customers without a support service agreement who require repairs after the warranty period
has expired
• On-site repairs are conducted by a service engineer designated by Fujitsu. The service
engineer visits the customer on the first business day after the day the problem is reported,
or later.
• Depending on the product for which service is provided and the work hours, a service fee
may be charged for each case. The fee amount includes technical support, parts, and
transportation.
