MF: Focusing Manually
If [z4: Crop/aspect ratio] is set to [1.3x (crop)] or [1.6x (crop)], [X1.3]
or [X1.6] will be displayed when starting the magnified view.
When [1.3x (crop)] or [1.6x (crop)] is set, the magnifying frame will be
displayed larger than usual.
In magnified view, the exposure is locked. (Shutter speed and aperture
will be displayed in red.)

Focus manually.
While looking at the magnified image,
turn the lens's focusing ring to focus.
After achieving focus, press the <u>
button to return to the normal view.

Take the picture.
Check the exposure, then press the
shutter button completely to take the
picture (p.256).
