If there is any product failure, please check the list below. If you are not sure of the instructions given or the
issue cannot be solved, please contact the Kogan customer service team.
It is prohibited for customers to perform repairs on the unit themselves. Doing so will void your warranty.
No power supply.
Image is frozen and unit
will not accept any
instructions.
Auto standby.
Remote control won't work
normally.
Can't play discs.
Red key appears on screen. The function or operation you are trying to perform cannot occur
Play mode is different from
those in the settings.
No HDMI output.
TV has no image.
Please ensure your wall socket has electricity being supplied.
Ensure the cord is plugged in firmly.
Press the power key on the front of the player to turn it on.
Turn the unit power off at the wall and unplug the plug for 20
seconds, then plug it in again. Restart the player and resume use.
The default setting of the player: if the unit is not playing any
media and no instructions have been received for 5 minutes, then
the player will enable the screensaver.
If the screensaver has been operating for 10 minutes will no
instructions then the player will enter standby mode automatically.
You can press the power key on the remote control to restart the
player, or navigate to Main Menu
Saver
OFF.
The remote control isn't being aimed at the receiver correctly.
Please aim the remote control at the receiver on the front panel.
There may be an obstacle between the remote control and the
receiver. If so, please remove it.
The remote batteries may be too low. Please replace with new
batteries.
Please make sure that the label of the disc is facing upwards.
If the disc is dirty, please clean it.
The disc may be empty, or be restricted according to your
settings. Please check your area code and parental settings.

Software function limit on some BD/DVD discs.
Certain BD/DVD discs don't support selected functions.
The selected function is invalid in the current mode.
For certain discs, the settings in the menu may be invalid. Please
operate the player according to the disc menu.
Check that the HDMI connection between the player and the
external device is secure.
Check that your TV supports 720p/1080i/1080p/1080p24/4K
HDMI output resolution, and adjust the output resolution of the
player according to the specifications of the player.
HDMI always has output, and CVBS only has output at 720P.
Therefore certain users cannot watch BD images in CVBS as the
output resolution in the setting menu may be too high. Please set
the resolution in HDMI state to lower than 720P.
When you are reminded that you need to connect with HDMI or
switch the resolution to match the TV then your image should
display normally.
Please make sure that the TV has been connected to the player
through the VIDEO OUT terminal or the HDMI terminal.
Please ensure that the TV itself has been set to the correct input
