OUTER PULLEY FLANGE REPLACEMENT

REQUIRED TOOLS
2.5mm Hex Key or Hex Socket or Phillips Head Screwdriver
REQUIRED PARTS
Drive Pulley Flange (P/N: 250071)
Note: The Outer (Cassette side) Flange can be replaced without removing the pulley from the unit.
REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the 8-4mm screws from the perimeter on the
ange using a 2.5mm hex key. (Figure 8.1)
2. Remove the ange from the pulley. (Figure 8.1)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install the new ange and be sure to tighten the screws
in a star pattern.
