Initially an assistant should be present while the user becomes familiar with the vehicle. An assistant can be a family member or a care professional.
  • Page 5 S A F E T Y N OT I C E The maximum weight that can be carried (includes goods) is 300 lbs (136.1kg). Refer to SECTION “10-SPECIFICATIONS” on page 26 “WEIGHT CAPACITY” Maximum loading weight for the basket is 8.8 lbs (4kg). Such action may cause your vehicle to tip over and cause injury.
  • Page 6 S A F E T Y N OT I C E When coming to an inclined road, you should adjust the speed dial to a middle setting and drive slowly. Maintain a safe speed and avoid any sudden starts or stops. When going down a decline, set the speed dial to a low setting to ensure a safe and controlled decent.

Powered vehicles may be susceptible to electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is interfering electromagnetic energy (EM) emitted from sources such as radio stations, TV stations, amateur radio (HAM) transmitters, two-way radios, and cellular phones.

  • Page 13 6 . O P E R AT I O N When the power switch is turned on, the battery indicator will light up with 5 LED lights indicating the remaining power of the batteries. All 5 LED lights: full power. 1 LED light with beeper warning: out of power.
  • Page 14 6 . O P E R AT I O N Drive Mode: Push the lever down completely, the vehicle will be driven by motor power. Free Wheel Mode: Lift the lever up completely, the vehicle can be moved manually. The Tiller can be adjusted between 0 degrees and 80 degrees by following these steps. 1.

    7 . C H A RG I N G A N D B AT T E RY Turn the power key switch to “OFF”. Open the charging socket cap in the rear lighting package. (Fig. 1) Connect the charger cord to the power outlet; the length of the charger cord is limited.

The batteries may produce hydrogen, and smoking is prohibited while charging. Always charge your batteries in a well-ventilated space.

    Tires Check the tires tread depth. Are there any abnormal noises? Other Is there an oil leakage from the transmission box? Go to your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for inspection and maintenance if you find anything wrong.
  • Page 21 8 . I N S P E C T I O N A N D M A I N T E NA N C E To make sure your vehicle remains in good condition, go to your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center regularly for maintenance and record it every six months after purchase.
  • Page 22 If the power switch is “ON”, and the battery indicator is not lit, check the fuses. Contact your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for inspecting or replacing the fuse, since the tiller shroud has to be removed first to replace the fuse.
  • Page 23 Do not use water, oil or other chemical solutions to clean your vehicle. To prevent damaging the electronic components and PC board, do not spray the vehicle with water. Take the vehicle to your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for repairs and adjustments. Improper adjustments could lead to accidents or vehicle malfunction.
