Initially an assistant should be present while the user becomes familiar with the vehicle. An assistant can be a family member or a care professional.

When going down a decline, set the speed dial to a low setting to ensure a safe and controlled decent.

    7 . C H A RG I N G A N D B AT T E RY Turn the power key switch to “OFF”. Open the charging socket cap in the rear lighting package. (Fig. 1) Connect the charger cord to the power outlet; the length of the charger cord is limited.

The batteries may produce hydrogen, and smoking is prohibited while charging. Always charge your batteries in a well-ventilated space.

  • Page 21 8 . I N S P E C T I O N A N D M A I N T E NA N C E To make sure your vehicle remains in good condition, go to your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center regularly for maintenance and record it every six months after purchase.
  • Page 22 If the power switch is “ON”, and the battery indicator is not lit, check the fuses. Contact your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for inspecting or replacing the fuse, since the tiller shroud has to be removed first to replace the fuse.
  • Page 23 Do not use water, oil or other chemical solutions to clean your vehicle. To prevent damaging the electronic components and PC board, do not spray the vehicle with water. Take the vehicle to your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for repairs and adjustments. Improper adjustments could lead to accidents or vehicle malfunction.
