Removing the tilt unit
1 Remove three screws (S2) and then the tilt unit.
v Disassembling the OPM unit v
IMPORTANT: Try not to touch the distance sensor as much
as possible. It is made of acrylic part and can
be easily damaged. Do not wipe it with
alcohol, but with dry cloth when it is damaged
with dust etc.
1 Remove four screws (S14).
IMPORTANT: Put a soft cloth underneath in order to protect
the lower lens and sensor window surface
when placing the OPM unit as shown in the
right figure.
This separates the OPM PCB and the lens unit.
Note: A spring is attached to each screw (S14). Be careful
not to lose it.
Note: When assembling, do not tighten the screws (S14) all
the way. Make sure to leave about 0.5mm space.
