Attach the DB25 serial cable to the RS-232 port of the SMDR6
unit by tightening the thumb screws.
7.
Connect the SMDR6 unit's line jack (next to the DB-25 connec-
tor) using a line cord to any unused station port on the KSU.

Plug the power supply into the SMDR6 unit.
9.
Plug the power supply adapter into a standard AC outlet.
You are now ready to set and connect the printer.
