4. Check that the safety strap is mounted, fig 4.
5. Check that the electric adjustment device's spring pins for the upper bracket
are in place, fig. 5.
6. Check that the bolt for the adjustment device's lower bracket is tightened, fig. 6.
7. Check that all other screws, nuts, knobs and quick-release locks are properly
tightened and fastened.
